Shipping policy

You will receive your parcel within 3 - 5 days after shipping. This is however depended on the customs clearance with international orders. We will ensure that all paper work is in order from our side to prevent this inconvenience. 

Please note, you may be required to pay VAT and Duties when receiving the goods, this amount is dependent on the country where you are situated.

All international shipments will be done with DHL and  tracking number will be sent to your email with all the information that you require.

For local shipments we will use either DawnWing, Courier Guy, or CourierIT. Main centres will receive the items within 2-4 business days, however outer laying areas may only receive good after 5 days.

Lucky Golf Co can not take responsibility for the courier process, and if a parcel is lost Lucky Golf Co will ensure that the parcels are replaced at no cost to the customer. 

We guarantee that your product will be shipped within 36 hours after placing the order. Please note that if you place the order over the weekend, then shipping will only take place on the Monday.
