Refund policy
All products come standard with a 7-Day Warranty. The warranty is a set period for all replacements of defects, or exchanges for sizes. In the case that a product has a defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
For size exchanges, product must be returned in its original condition to qualify for an exchange, with the customer paying for the return shipping. When the replacement glove is sent for the exchange, Lucky Golf Co will cover the shipping costs for the replacing item. This does not apply for orders in countries outside South Africa.
Items received in a Massive Lucky Packet cannot be exchanged for other item types (this would ruin the fun!), only sizing exchanges are covered.
Lucky Golf Co will cover shipping costs only in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled, or a product has been proven to be defective.
